Please note that the basement storage room and the outdoor shed are off-limits to guests.

For security, the property is equipped with a Ring-style doorbell camera at the front door, and an outdoor camera mounted by the shed facing the driveway only. There are no cameras inside the home or on the patio. The home uses well water, supported by a water softener and filtration system. Water quality is excellent, but water pressure may vary at times depending on usage. Check-in & Check-out: • Check-in is at 4:00 PM • Check-out is at 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on the cleaning schedule. During the winter months, we encourage guests to consider an all-wheel drive vehicle, as snow and winter conditions may occur at any time.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, the fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry area, and the outdoor spaces. This includes the deck with stairs, the spacious 30×30 patio with fireplace, the gazebo seating area, and the entire driveway, which can accommodate up to six vehicles. Please note that the basement storage room and the interior of the outdoor shed are off-limits during your stay.

There were so many thoughtful touches that made our whole family feel like we were being welcomed into a friends’ home. Toys for the kids as well as the grown ups, a beautiful outdoor fireplace area complete with wood and s’mores kit. And well appointed, spotless kitchen. All of us were very pleased and impressed with this property. The owners were also wonderful with communication before our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process very easy. The location was convenient and quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to others.

Parking is simple — the property offers an asphalt driveway with space for up to six vehicles. Ride-share availability is limited in this part of West Virginia, so having your own transportation provides the most convenience.
